Keyland Polymer Material Sciences Reshapes Leadership Team

Keyland Polymer Material Sciences announced a series of leadership transitions aimed at supporting continued growth and long-term strategy.
Michael Knoblauch transitioned from president to secretary and treasurer and will continue to serve as a strategic advisor. In this role, he will focus on long-term partnerships, industry advocacy and mentorship of the company’s leadership team rather than day-to-day operations.
Andrew Walton, previously vice president, has been promoted to president. He will oversee operations, strategy and performance across all business units while leading day-to-day activities and long-term growth initiatives.
Kevin Otto has been promoted from operations manager to general manager of Keyland Polymer UV Powder. He will be responsible for the performance and strategic direction of the UV powder business, including operations, production, technical development, staff development and commercial support.
Jimmy Cooperider joined the Keyland Polymer UV Powder team as a technical sales representative. With more than 13 years of experience in the coatings industry, he will focus on expanding the customer base, increasing awareness of UV powder coatings and supporting new market entry across North America.
Company officials said the leadership changes are intended to strengthen the organization while supporting continued innovation and growth in UV-curable materials and technologies.
