allnex Reshapes Leadership Team for 2027 Growth Strategy
allnex is restructuring its leadership team and business organization with a focus on connecting customer needs with innovation, creating a unified global commercial organization and building capabilities for long-term growth. The new Management Team structure will be fully effective Jan. 1, 2027.
Ruben Mannien will become chief technology officer Jan. 1, leading Corporate Strategy, Sustainability and Innovation. Mark Perbaums joined allnex as chief commercial officer Oct. 1 from Johnson Matthey. His organization will combine sales, marketing, customer service, technical service, product management, regional commercial organizations and global key-account management, while aligning the Coating Resins, Additives and Composites businesses.
Maria Roettger will join Jan. 1 as chief administrative officer after serving as president and CEO of Michelin Europe North. She will oversee functions including human resources, communications, legal and compliance, information technology and transformation.
Duncan Taylor will remain CFO, Lauri Wogschin will remain chief procurement officer and Herman Vos will continue as chief operating officer.
allnex is a major coatings resins and additives supplier, and the reorganization brings its technical, innovation and commercial functions into a structure intended to accelerate product development and customer response.
