The Adhesive and Sealant Council announced the winners of its 2026 Innovation Awards, recognizing advancements in adhesive and sealant technologies across performance, sustainability and real-world application.
The top award was presented to Bostik for its Born2Bond™ Ultra K85 development. The bio-based instant adhesive is designed for durability under demanding environmental conditions, demonstrating resistance to humidity and high temperatures, including performance up to 1,000 hours at 85 °C and 85% relative humidity.
H.B. Fuller received both first and second runner-up honors. Its Millennium PG-1 EF ECO2 system, a two-part canister PUR adhesive propelled by naturally occurring gases, earned first runner-up. The company’s second recognition highlighted a polymer platform and formulation approach enabling functional coatings for paper packaging applications.
According to ASC, submissions were evaluated by independent judges across criteria including scientific innovation, applicability, technological advancement and milestone achievement. The organization noted an increase in submissions for 2026, reflecting continued activity and investment in adhesive and sealant innovation.
The awards were presented during ASC’s Annual Convention & Expo in Nashville.
