Jotun Introduces Hull Performance Solutions 2.0

Jotun has introduced Hull Performance Solutions 2.0, an updated marine coatings offering designed to help shipowners and operators optimize vessel efficiency across different trade patterns and operating environments.
The updated platform includes four elements: trade-specific antifouling technologies, technical service, intelligent hull-condition management and performance guarantees.
Jotun’s offering includes SeaQuantum X200 for predictable trades, SeaQuantum XT for vessels operating in high-fouling environments and SeaQuest Endura II for unpredictable trades. SeaQuest Endura II is a tin-free biocidal fouling-release coating designed to provide flexibility for vessels with changing operating conditions.
The HPS 2.0 platform also includes performance analysis through Jotun’s HullKeeper system. The company said the service uses key performance data aligned with ISO 19030 methodology to help operators identify improvement opportunities and manage hull condition.
Jotun said its technical service team includes more than 1,200 coating advisors worldwide.
