In 2025, SKSHU reported total revenue of RMB 12.527 billion, up 3.5% from RMB 12.105 billion in the prior year. Because the company does not separately report a coatings-only sales figure, PCI uses total reported revenue as the closest available measure for this listing. Net profit attributable to shareholders increased 133.5% to RMB 774.9 million, while net cash provided by operating activities rose 85.2% to RMB 1.868 billion.

Fine chemicals, the company’s largest reported business category, generated RMB 10.955 billion in revenue, up 6.2%. Home-decoration wall paint sales increased 14.7% to RMB 3.403 billion, while engineering wall paint sales declined 4.8% to RMB 3.890 billion. Revenue from waterproof membranes declined 24.5% to RMB 995.5 million as downstream demand remained soft.
3TREES spent RMB 283.5 million on R&D in 2025, equal to 2.26% of revenue. The company reported 468 R&D employees and said it will continue to deepen its architectural coatings business while developing industrial coatings as a second growth curve.
The company’s strategy also calls for greater digitalization, including AI-supported formulation performance models, expanded international activity and a continued focus on its “seven-in-one” retail product system and “Move-in-Ready” home-renovation offering. 3TREES has set a goal of reaching carbon peak emissions by 2030 and achieving value-chain carbon neutrality by 2055.
