Diamond Vogel Marks 100 Years of U.S. Coatings Manufacturing

Diamond Vogel is celebrating its 100th year in business, marking a century of coatings manufacturing, product development and customer service across industrial and architectural markets.
Founded in 1926 as a regional paint company, Diamond Vogel has grown into a nationally recognized coatings manufacturer while remaining family-owned. The company serves OEM, industrial, agricultural, retail, traffic, wood-finishing, aerosol and toll-manufacturing markets.
Its portfolio includes Diamond Vogel products, as well as Old Masters, Van Sickle, Peridium Powder Coatings and Precision Color.
“Reaching 100 years is an extraordinary milestone and a testament to the people who built this company,” said Jeff Powell, CEO of Diamond Vogel. “Our success has always come from listening to customers, investing in our employees, and committing ourselves to making better coatings every day.”
Diamond Vogel said its evolution has included continued investment in research, manufacturing and service capabilities, moving from early architectural paint offerings to advanced OEM coating systems.
The company also cited its manufacturing facilities and Industrial Service Centers across the United States as part of its long-standing commitment to domestic manufacturing, workforce development and partnerships with manufacturers and retailers.
