Hentzen Coatings, a fourth-generation family-owned company founded in 1923, manufactures liquid and powder coatings for aerospace, defense and general industrial applications. Headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the company serves global markets through additional facilities in Illinois, South Carolina, Mexico, India and China.
The company develops coatings technologies for demanding applications, with an emphasis on corrosion protection, performance, durability and evolving environmental requirements.

In December, Hentzen shared progress on an expansion at its Greenville, South Carolina, location. The project was expected to add powder coatings manufacturing capability, additional liquid coatings capacity and storage to support customers in the Southeast.
Also in December, Hentzen received a new AS9100D with ISO 9001:2015 Certificate of Registration covering the custom development and manufacture of liquid and powder coatings for industrial, aerospace, defense and other demanding markets. The certificate covers operations in Milwaukee, Batavia, Illinois, and Greenville, South Carolina, and is valid through Dec. 23, 2028.
