Sheboygan Paint Co. reported 2025 coatings sales of $55-$65 million as it invested in manufacturing capacity and prepared for a CEO transition.

Sheboygan Paint Co. is an independent manufacturer of industrial finishing solutions. Established in 1921, the company manufactures a diverse portfolio of product lines for OEM and refinish applications, serving customers in the transportation, rail, agriculture and construction equipment, waste containers, drums and cylinders, and general metal segments.
Technologies include two-component epoxy, zinc-rich epoxy, polyurethanes and UV/EB radiation cure, as well as conventional high-solids solvent-based and waterborne and water-reducible coatings. Sheboygan Paint Company operates two manufacturing and full-service laboratory facilities in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, and Cedartown, Georgia.

The company continues to invest in technology to improve lead-time service. In 2026, Sheboygan Paint plans to introduce enhanced corrosion-resistant 1K and 2K primers, along with lower-VOC, higher-flash-point water-based bake enamels.
Notes: In April, Sheboygan Paint Company named Jodi Heim master planner. Heim supports the company’s sales and operations planning, scheduling and capacity-planning processes.
Later in April, Sheboygan Paint added a new sandmill at its Wisconsin facility to improve grinding capability, dispersion consistency and batch-cycle times.
In June, Sheboygan Paint appointed Ian LeMay site manager for its Cedartown, Georgia, facility.
Also in June, the company named Jennifer Susewitz regional sales manager for Michigan and Ohio.
Later that month, Sheboygan Paint added a 75 hp Schold Cowles mixer at its Sheboygan facility to improve mixing time and dispersion quality for high-viscosity materials.
In December, Robert Steeb joined Sheboygan Paint as environmental health and safety manager.
Also in December, Sheboygan Paint announced that Holly Bellmund would become CEO effective Jan. 1, 2026, succeeding Paul Krueger upon his retirement.
