Florida Paints & Coatings, LLC is a second-generation, family-owned paint manufacturer based in Winter Garden, Florida. Founded in 2012 on a 60-year legacy in the paint industry, the company formulates interior and exterior paints, primers and specialty coatings for Florida and surrounding regions, with products designed for heat, humidity, UV exposure and other Southern-climate conditions.
The company operates a manufacturing facility in Winter Garden in a former citrus-processing plant. Florida Paints said its current footprint includes 28 open locations and a network of independent dealers across the Caribbean, China and the Southeast. The company also provides private-label and toll-manufacturing services.
Florida Paints reported 2025 coatings sales of $54 million-$59 million.
Notes: In 2025, Florida Paints President and co-founder Jeff Grasty was named a North American Hardware and Paint Association 2025 Top Guns honoree.
Later in 2025, Florida Paints served as the official paint partner for the SHINE 2025 Mural Festival in St. Petersburg, Florida.
In November, Florida Paints announced Grape Soda and White Pepper as its 2026 Colors of the Year.
In 2026, Florida Paints said it is releasing Altura Ultra-Premium Interior Paint & Primer in One, a low-VOC, 100% acrylic interior paint engineered for exceptional hiding, uniform coverage and long-lasting color.
