Everest Systems Co. manufactures liquid-applied materials for commercial roof restoration. The Houston-based company offers acrylic, silicone, PVDF and polyurea coatings, along with spray polyurethane foam, primers, sealants and repair products for metal, asphalt, EPDM, TPO, PVC and other roofing substrates.
Its roofing-system portfolio includes EverMetal, EverCoat, EverFoam, EverPly and EverTight. Everest operates a 100,000-square-foot production facility in Houston and supports installations through a network of certified contractors.
Everest reported 2025 coatings sales of $35 million-$40 million.
Notes: In October, Everest Systems highlighted Silkoxy, its alkoxy-based silicone roof-coating technology, as a MEKO-free alternative to oxime-cure silicone systems. The company said the technology does not release methyl ethyl ketoxime, or MEKO, during cure.
