According to Univar Solutions, H.M. Royal customers will gain access to the company’s broader scale, logistics network and digital tools while continuing to receive the technical expertise and customer support associated with H.M. Royal.

H.M. Royal supplies specialty raw materials and chemicals for rubber, plastics, adhesives, sealants and protective coatings applications. Its portfolio includes more than 1,000 chemical grades, supported by repackaging and inventory management capabilities and 10 warehouses across the United States.

The combined organization is expected to provide customers and supplier partners with broader product access, expanded technical support and greater supply continuity.

The acquisition expands Univar Solutions’ specialty raw materials distribution capabilities in adhesives, sealants and protective coatings while adding technical expertise and U.S. supply infrastructure.
