IMCD Group appointed Vlad Miller president for the United States, effective Aug. 1, 2026. Miller will focus on commercial and operational performance across the U.S. business while strengthening relationships with customers and suppliers.
Miller joined IMCD US in 2018 as vice president of finance. His responsibilities expanded to include operations in 2022, and he most recently led the U.S. business on an interim basis for five months.
Before joining IMCD, Miller worked in banking and finance and held senior finance positions at Sherwin-Williams. He holds a Master of Science in Financial Management from the University of London and a bachelor’s degree in management, finance and economics from Case Western Reserve University.
Andreas Igerl, president Americas and chief commercial officer at IMCD, said Miller’s familiarity with the company’s U.S. employees and business partners, along with his performance during the interim period, positioned him to continue developing the operation.
IMCD distributes and formulates specialty chemicals and ingredients across markets that include coatings and construction, advanced materials and other industrial applications.
The appointment places an executive with coatings-industry and distribution experience at the head of a major U.S. specialty chemicals operation. Follow PCI’s Personnel Announcements coverage for additional coatings-industry leadership changes.
