OXERRA Expands CICP Production Platform in China

OXERRA Group announced a strategic investment to expand its complex inorganic color pigment (CICP) platform in China through OXERRA Technology (Ganzhou) Co. Ltd.
The investment has a manufacturing capacity of 4,000 metric tonnes and is intended to strengthen OXERRA’s long-term CICP production strategy while improving supply reliability, product consistency and technical and commercial support for customers. The company did not characterize the 4,000 metric tonnes as annual incremental capacity in the announcement.
OXERRA Group CEO Terence Yu said the expanded platform is expected to support innovation, new product development and technology advancement while strengthening supply-chain sustainability.
Customers will continue to work through OXERRA’s existing commercial, technical and customer-service channels. The company said it will remain responsible for customer relationships, quality assurance, technical support and market coordination across its global network.
OXERRA manufactures synthetic iron oxide and complex inorganic color pigments used in coatings, plastics, construction and specialty applications, with production and commercial operations across multiple global regions.
