Fenix Group Names New Executive Leadership Team
Fenix Group Specialty Performance Coatings has announced a new leadership team to guide the company’s strategic growth, culture development and business performance.
Peter Kirton will serve as chief executive officer. Kirton has global leadership experience across industrial and construction coatings markets, with a background in building teams and directing business growth.
Stephen Cooke has been named president and chief revenue officer. His experience includes industrial and architectural coatings, with a focus on growth strategy and operational performance.
The leadership team also includes Bryan Ulin, chief financial officer, and John Czarnik, chief operating officer. Ulin brings 20 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance and accounting. Czarnik has more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing, operations and supply chain management and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Champion.
Minnesota-based Fenix Group supplies specialty industrial and concrete coatings through brands including Burke, Concrete Coatings, National Coatings, Sierra, SureCrete, TCI Coatings and TK Products. The company operates manufacturing facilities in Minnesota, Illinois, Florida and Texas.
Fenix has expanded its coatings portfolio through a series of acquisitions, including National Coatings, TCI Coatings and Concrete Coatings.
The leadership appointments come as the PCI 25 company continues to expand its specialty industrial and concrete coatings platform through acquisitions and broader market reach, putting a new executive structure in place to manage that growth.
