Fenix Specialty Performance Coatings reported $75 million in 2025 coatings sales as it expanded its industrial and concrete-coatings portfolio.
Fenix Specialty Performance Coatings Group offers specialty industrial and concrete coatings through seven brands: Burke, Concrete Coatings, National Coatings, Sierra, SureCrete, TCI Coatings and TK Products. The company serves mid-market OEMs and contractors with water-based topcoats and primers for industrial applications, as well as decorative and specialty concrete products.
The company operates from four manufacturing facilities in Minnetonka, Minnesota; Galesburg, Illinois; Dade City, Florida; and Lubbock, Texas. Its research and development capabilities support custom coating solutions for industrial substrates and concrete infrastructure.

Fenix’s portfolio includes industrial liquid coatings, water-based primers and topcoats, decorative concrete systems, surface treatments, waterproofing coatings, curing compounds, sealers and specialty concrete products. The company’s brands serve industrial manufacturing, construction, infrastructure and decorative concrete markets across North America.
In early 2026, Peter Kirton became CEO of Fenix Group. He succeeded Todd Schroeder, who led the company during the 2025 reporting period.
Notes: In April, SureCrete launched RESIST, an exterior sand epoxy overlay system for repairing, resurfacing and protecting existing concrete surfaces. The two-component system features a 1:1 mix ratio, integrated sand aggregates and slip-resistant performance for residential and commercial applications.
In May, Fenix Specialty Performance Coatings added National Coatings Inc. to its portfolio, expanding its reach in the general industrial, metal-deco and packaging markets. The combined business operates under Fenix Specialty Performance Coatings.
