SureCrete Launches Exterior Sand Epoxy System for Concrete Restoration
SureCrete, a Fenix Specialty Performance Coatings brand, introduced RESIST, an exterior sand epoxy system for restoring and protecting existing concrete surfaces.
The two-component epoxy overlay is designed for residential and commercial applications, including driveways, walkways, patios, pool decks and exterior concrete slabs. The system uses a 1:1 mix ratio and integrated specialty aggregate to create a slip-resistant finish.
According to the company, RESIST is formulated to resist abrasion, moisture, freeze-thaw conditions and exposure to deicing chemicals. The system is available through SureCrete and TK Products distributors in two kit sizes, with compatible topcoats and sealers available for different project needs.
SureCrete said the product is intended to help contractors repair and upgrade deteriorated concrete surfaces while avoiding the time and expense of removal and replacement.
