PCBL Chemical has appointed Rohit Maindwal Chief & Executive Director – Specialty Blacks, strengthening the leadership of its specialty carbon black business. The appointment took effect Aug. 20.
Maindwal brings approximately 32 years of chemical industry experience. He most recently served as senior executive vice president at Reliance Industries and previously held a leadership role at JBF RAK.
PCBL’s Specialty Blacks business supplies higher-performance carbon black grades for applications including coatings, inks, plastics and conductive materials. The company has been expanding its specialty portfolio alongside its broader carbon black operations.
Specialty carbon black provides color and functional performance across coatings and inks. The leadership appointment comes as PCBL continues to expand its presence in higher-value specialty applications.
