• Palmer Holland reorganized its Industrial Specialties business into four dedicated market teams.
• Coatings will operate separately from Adhesives, Sealants & Elastomers under the new structure.
• Dave Ruggieri will lead the Coatings team, with dedicated technical support and commercial strategies.

Each team will have dedicated business leadership, technical support and commercial strategies. Palmer Holland said the change is intended to increase market specialization, strengthen supplier relationships, deepen technical expertise and align investment more closely with individual market opportunities.

Dave Ruggieri was named business director for Coatings. Alex Snyder will lead Adhesives, Sealants & Elastomers, John Battaglia will lead Engineered Materials and Matt Miller will lead Lubricants. Tony Denton will serve as senior vice president of Industrial Specialties.

Palmer Holland also named John Outcalt vice president of international sales and strategy following the company’s expansion into Latin America. Ron Zmich, who previously led Industrial Specialties, will become director of commercial training and development.

CEO Tim Skufca said the dedicated teams are intended to bring leadership, commercial decisions and sales execution closer to the individual markets the distributor serves.

Palmer Holland is an employee-owned North American specialty chemical and ingredient distributor serving coatings, adhesives, sealants, elastomers, engineered materials, lubricants and other markets.

The reorganization is relevant to PCI readers following paint and coatings additives and the distribution of specialty raw materials to coatings formulators.
