AP Tech was founded in 1999 by Jim Heimert and is headquartered in West Chester, Ohio. The company pioneered the use of solid water treatment chemistry as an alternative to traditional liquid products and today serves hundreds of water treatment service companies around the world.

MFG Chemical is headquartered in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and operates seven manufacturing and research facilities in North America. Its portfolio includes water treatment additives, paint and coatings additives and specialty products serving markets including pulp and paper, mining, personal care and energy.
