Roberlo Changes Legal Name to Briolf Coatings
Roberlo S.A.U. has changed its legal corporate name to Briolf Coatings S.A.U., according to a filing published in Spain’s Official Gazette of the Mercantile Registry.
The legal-name change was registered Sept. 17 and published Sept. 24.
The Roberlo commercial brand continues to be used for the company’s automotive-refinish and related coatings products. The change does not alter the company’s ownership, organization, business activities or existing customer and supplier relationships.
The new legal identity aligns the entity more closely with parent group Briolf.
