Articulating Video Borescope Targets Confined-Space Inspection

Paul N. Gardner Co. has introduced an articulating video borescope inspection camera for examining difficult-to-access industrial spaces.
The unit uses a two-way articulating probe with 180-degree steering to navigate bends and confined areas. A 5-foot semi-rigid gooseneck cable is designed to hold its position while reaching into equipment including tanks, pipes and mixing vessels.
The camera includes a 4.5-inch IPS LCD color display, adjustable LED illumination and a centrally located joystick for one-handed probe control.
A rear-mounted capture control allows operators to record photos and video for inspection documentation.
Inspection tools that reach inside tanks, piping and mixing equipment can support coatings-plant maintenance without requiring immediate equipment disassembly. Explore more PCI coverage of paint and coating equipment.
