Voting Opens for Tnemec's 2026 People's Choice Tank of the Year
Voting opens Oct. 6 for Tnemec Co.'s 2026 People's Choice Tank of the Year contest, marking the 20th year of the program celebrating the use of protective coatings on water-storage tanks.
The public may vote for a favorite nominated tank through Oct. 16, with one vote permitted per active email address. The tank receiving the most votes will be named the 2026 People's Choice winner Oct. 19.
That winner will join 11 other finalists considered for the overall 2026 Tank of the Year award, which Tnemec plans to announce Oct. 23. All finalists and nominees will be featured in the company's 2027 water-tank calendar.

The contest gives protective and industrial coatings a highly visible end-use showcase, highlighting both the engineering and aesthetic roles coatings play in long-term water infrastructure protection.
