HUDSON, Ohio - The Flood Co. announced the formal dedication of the company's newly expanded and renovated Research and Development Center, named in honor of former Chairman and CEO Earl F. Flood. A dedication ceremony and open house were held Nov. 11 for Flood employees and invited guests.

The company, based in Hudson, Ohio, said it invested more than $200,000 in renovating the R&D facility.
