Assets of U.S. Polymers and Accurez Now Belong to a Private Investment Firm

ST. LOUIS - A private investment firm has purchased the assets of U.S. Polymers, Inc., and Accurez Corp., as announced by Roger W. Heitland, president of the companies.
U.S. Polymers and Accurez are privately held companies that manufacture and sell specialty resins for use in the coatings, inks, packaging and personal care industries.
The new company name is U.S. Polymers-Accurez LLC, and Heitland will retain an interest in the new entity. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
