BROOMALL, PA — M.A.B. Paints has named James E. Renshaw general manager/vice president of Sales, with responsibility for sales and profitability of M.A.B.’s network of retail stores and sales representatives.

Renshaw was formerly president and general manager of The Sherwin-Williams Co.’s Eastern Division, and has more than 28 years of management experience in the coatings and building-products industries. At Sherwin-Williams, he directed the operations of a division with 485 retail stores and $515 million in annual sales. He later was president of Alside Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of vinyl building products.

M.A.B., based in Broomall, PA, is one of the largest privately held coatings manufacturers in the country, and markets its products through 230 retail stores and dealers in 18 eastern and midwestern states. Manufacturing, research and distribution facilities are located in Pennsylvania, Florida and Indiana. The company, founded in 1899, manufactures architectural, industrial and maintenance products.
