RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. - Reichhold has been named the top alkyd resin supplier to the paint and coatings industry in Brazil. This designation came as part of the "10th Annual Paint & Pintura Awards," which recognizes excellence among suppliers to the paint and coatings industry in Brazil.

Avila Agnelo Editora, publisher of several magazines including "Paint & Pintura," sponsors the event and the industry-wide survey program. The awards were distributed during a gathering of over 1,100 industry personnel from throughout Brazil along with a number of international attendees.

Reichhold's plant in Mogi daz Cruzes, Brazil, has manufactured resins for the coatings industry since 1948.
