Rohm and Haas Co., Philadelphia, has appointed Canada Colors and Chemicals Ltd. the exclusive Canadian distributor of Rohm and Haas's UCD Colorants for industrial coatings. Canada Colors and Chemicals operates warehouse and distribution facilities across the country, Rohm and Haas said.
