FLORHAM PARK, - Susan C. Ostrowski has joined Troy Corp. as Director of Biocide Products Marketing USA, reporting to Mark Gwillim, President and Chief Operating Officer.  In her role, Ostrowski will lead all marketing efforts of the Troy USA biocide business.

According to Gwillim, Ostrowski’s appointment is focused on advancing Troy’s commitment to providing customers with new-generation TROY products that meet industry needs for high-quality and exceptional performance, while meeting company goals for sustainability and reduced environmental impact. "Susan's extensive industry background, makes her ideally suited to manage the flow of information between our customers and our technical and manufacturing resources," said Gwillim. "As TROY brings new technology on line to meet industry requirements, Susan will be working closely with our markets to ensure optimum utilization of our products." 

Ostrowski began her professional career as a Research Associate and subsequently held positions as Plant Engineer, Production Supervisor and Technical Sales Rep at EI Dupont De Nemours & Co. Inc., Wilmington, DE. She then accepted the position of Product Manager at BASF Corp. in Mount Olive, NJ, where she also was Product Marketing Manager, Business Director and Vice President Sales and Marketing. She then consulted at Diamond Star Energy LLC, Stroudsburg, PA, and went on to Nepera LLC, Harriman, NY, as Vice President Sales & Marketing. Her most recent position was as Associate Director, Commercial Manufacturing Management at Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. in Plainsboro, NJ.
