SÃO PAULO, Brazil - The Global Vice President of Dow Coating Materials, Luis Fernández, will be the speaker of the second plenary session of the International Coatings Congress on Sept. 23, 2009.

 

Fernández will address the theme of new market trends, showing how technology and sustainability are favoring innovations in the coatings of the future. He will draw on the knowledge he accrued in a career developed at Rohm and Haas, including some time spent at the Brazilian subsidiary of the company, and more recently at Dow.
