NAPLES, FL - Industrial Nanotech Inc.'s Nansulate® Translucent GP thermal insulation and mold-resistant coating is being used in two Turkish luxury apartment complexes to provide increased thermal insulation and energy savings, as well as mold and mildew resistance. The company's exclusive distributor in Turkey, Kolorgen Ltd, secured both projects.

The first project involves an apartment building in an affluent area of Istanbul, Turkey. The coating was applied to the exterior of the building to provide thermal insulation, UV resistance and resistance to mold growth. The coating is low-VOC, providing an ecologically friendly exterior coating that allows the look of the building to remain unchanged.

 

The second apartment project is in a region where the altitude is the highest in Istanbul. The buildings are facing winds from all sides, all year round. Because they are open to high winds, the energy consumption is very high. The complete site consists of several hundred buildings and, in this case, Nansulate Translucent GP will be used on the interior of the units.
