RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC - Reichhold has entered into a new and additional manufacturing partnership in Turkey with İlkalem Ticaret ve Sanayi A.S.

Reichhold Kimya Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. (Reichhold Turkey), with its head office in Istanbul, was established in 2006 and since that date has successfully developed both unsaturated composites and saturated polyester coatings business in the Turkish market. Key factors in this success are the mutual trusting relationship established with customers and the close cooperation with the company’s manufacturing partner Ege Kimya Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. (Ege Kimya), based in Adapazari, Turkey.

With the ongoing growth of Reichhold's business in the Turkish market, the company will further expand its activities through a new and additional manufacturing partnership with İlkalem Ticaret ve Sanayi A.S. (İlkalem). İlkalem will manufacture selected products that will expand the range of products locally produced by Reichhold and increase its overall capacity, which is a key consideration for many current and prospective customers.

Reichhold, through its extensive global technical and manufacturing experience, will fully support both these local manufacturing partners and assist them in developing their manufacturing facilities and operations in order to service the Reichhold range of products produced in Turkey.
