Patrice Barthelmeshas been appointed CEO of Eliokem, a worldwide specialty chemical company. Barthelmes served as Vice President and Director for the Packaging & Building Materials division of Rohm & Haas, a position he held from 1999 until 2009, when Dow purchased Rohm & Haas. In 2009, he was appointed Vice President and Group Director for Dow’s Adhesives & Functional Polymers division.
