Nakan FEP 950 WN 000 grade has been developed specially to clean and purge the extruders used by manufacturers of thermosetting resin paint. A small quantity of the formulation (between 5 and 10 kg) is introduced straight into the extruder between two color changes to purge the equipment. The formulation mixes directly with color pigment residues, thereby cleaning up the machine.
