DuPont has named Jocelyn E. Scott as Vice President – DuPont Engineering. Scott previously served as managing director of DuPont Capital Asset Productivity and Facilities Services in DuPont Engineering.

DuPont has named Jocelyn E. Scott as Vice President – DuPont Engineering. Scott previously served as managing director of DuPont Capital Asset Productivity and Facilities Services in DuPont Engineering.

Upon the retirement later this year of James B. Porter, Jr., Vice President – DuPont Engineering & Operations and Chief Engineer, Scott will become Vice President – DuPont Engineering and Chief Engineer.

Scott, 48, joined DuPont in 1984 and has served in a variety of business and functional management positions, including engineering and research and development. Her business leadership roles focused on the electronics, fibers, films and automotive markets. In 2002, she assumed responsibility for DuPont Engineering and Research Technology and held several other engineering leadership positions before she was appointed to her current position in 2006.
