The EasyTrack2 features an easy to use data logger that is available in 4 or 6 channels and has an internal operating temperature of up to 185°F (85°C). The thermal barrier provides 2 hours of protection at 400°F (200°C) - keeping the data logger at a safe working temperature as it travels through the process.
