HOUSTON – Officials with U.S. Zinc announced that the company has created and implemented new guidelines and tools to better ensure superior customer service. The new plan goes into effect immediately.
The new guidelines and tools include a centralized e-mail address for purchase orders, market value-based pricing and standard packaging types. In addition, U.S. Zinc outlined fees for orders that are changed or cancelled within a certain timeframe, as well as ones that are not picked up or are claimed late. U.S. Zinc also standardized pricing for packaging and special handling.
