BRAMPTON, Ontario – Zochem, a subsidiary of Horsehead Holding Corp., has implemented a Customer Resource Management System (CRM). The new CRM at Zochem will be integrated into the current company management software. An enhancement to Zochem’s customer service, the CRM will make the customer experience with Zochem effortless.

The CRM also will be accessible on Zochem’s sales team’s mobile devices, providing access to all the customer’s details wherever and whenever necessary. This mobility provides a nimble approach to ensuring Zochem customers are served quickly and accurately. 

Zochem will also launch a new website with a new look and many features. The modernized site will provide customers with web tools to ensure they have up-to-date information and access to Zochem technical information and support. It will have links to information and news about zinc oxide for customers to pursue for their purchasing and technical requirements. There will also be links to distributors in North America and globally.

Established in 1933, Zochem, Brampton, Ontario, produces zinc oxide in a wide range of grades and packaging for a diverse mix of markets around the world.
