RPM Announces Additions to Its Corporate Office
MEDINA, OH – RPM International Inc. has hired Joe Toula as Assistant Controller, Angela Vannucci as Manager of Corporate Development and Jennifer Scully as Human Resources Generalist.
As Assistant Controller, Toula will be responsible for managing the closing/reporting process while working in partnership with operating company financial management, outside auditors and RPM’s internal team. Prior to joining RPM, he was a controller for Barnes Distribution, a subsidiary of MSC Industrial Direct Co.
As Manager of Corporate Development, Vannucci will be responsible for supporting RPM’s acquisition program. Prior to joining RPM, Vannucci worked for nearly three years as an associate at The Cohen Group, where she advised various Fortune 500 companies on domestic and international business opportunities, including market entry and problem solving in emerging markets.
Scully’s responsibilities as Human Resources Generalist include the overall administration of corporate benefits programs and benefits-related areas of RPM’s Oracle system, as well as numerous other projects and goals of RPM’s HR/Benefits Department. For the past 12 years, she has served as Senior Benefits Specialist for Tremco Inc.
