MEDINA, OH – RPM International Inc. announced the promotions of three employees. Brett Malone has been promoted to Senior Director of Internal Audit, Bob Milligan to Director of Compliance Audit and Russ Williams to Senior Director of Finance.

Malone has more than 19 years of experience in accounting and audit and has been with RPM since 2005. He is both a certified public accountant and a certified internal auditor. Malone will replace Thom Gary, who is set to retire from RPM in August 2014.

With more than 29 years of accounting and audit experience, Milligan has been with RPM since 2004. He is a certified public accountant.

As a result of his valuable achievements within RPM’s Financial Consolidations and Reporting function and his more than 30 years of operational and corporate accounting experience, Williams has been promoted to this new role to develop several critical processes. His responsibilities will include building a post-acquisition integration program, assimilating RPM’s new operating company financial managers into its monthly financial calendar and processes, implementing monthly balance sheet analyses and leading a foreign exchange review program.
