MOUNT HOLLY, NC – Charlotte Paint Co. Inc., a commercial paint contractor located in Mount Holly, NC, announced that Samuel W. Henderson Jr. has assumed the role of President as of January 2014.  Doug Bess has served as President of Charlotte Paint for 11 years and announced his successor in accordance with the long-term plan for continuation of the company. Bess remains active as Chairman of the Board and working in project management and sales.

Henderson is in his 20^th year with Charlotte Paint. He worked as Project Manager overseeing projects and developing relationship with contractors and customers, and has served as Vice President and been part of the ownership team since 2002. 

Founded in 1977 in a small farmhouse in Mount Holly, NC, Charlotte Paint started with 14 employees and has grown to two locations with over 100 employees. The company has the resources to handle any size project.
