3E Company Announces New President and CEO
CARLSBAD, CA - 3E Co., a provider of environmental health and safety (EH&S) compliance and information management services, has appointed Uday Virkud as President and CEO. Virkud, who has an extensive background in risk management, replaces Robert S. Christie, who led 3E since 2004. 3E Co. is a subsidiary of Verisk Analytics.

Virkud joins 3E from AIR Worldwide, a Verisk company providing risk modeling software and services, where he worked for 17 years. He most recently served as its Executive Vice President and was responsible for international business development, strategic growth initiatives and product development. Before joining AIR, he worked as a transportation planning engineer and consultant.
