MADISON HEIGHTS, MI – Sika Global Automotive has promoted Peter Luescher to Head of Global Automotive Finance and Controlling, reporting to Dave Jones, Head of Global Automotive. Luescher joined Sika AG in Switzerland in 1998 as Head of Controlling and was appointed to the position of Business Unit Controller for the company’s Grandview, MO, automotive plant in 2006. In 2010, he was appointed Controller Automotive/Industry and Special Projects in Lyndhurst, NJ. In his new role, Leuscher will be responsible for all finance and controlling activities for the Automotive region, which includes activities in North America, South America, Europe and Asia Pacific.

Sika Corp.’s Region NA Automotive has appointed Paul Gross to be the Key Account Manager, OES. Gross will report to Helmut Doyen, Key Account Manager, OES. Prior to joining Sika, Gross held sales and engineering positions at National Starch and Chemical. Gross joined Sika in 2002 and most recently was a Senior Application Engineer for the Industry – Trans/A&C Target Market. In his new role, Gross will be responsible for all sales activities for multiple OES accounts.
