MADISON HEIGHTS, MI – Sika Automotive Division USA announced personnel promotions in its Research and Development Group that became effective January 1, 2014.

Leslie Wolschleger, former Research and Development Group Leader, was promoted to Lab Manager, Thermoplastic Part Team, reporting to Patricia Heidtman, Vice President of Research and Development. Since joining Sika in 2006 as a Research Chemist, Wolschleger has had a number of responsibilities, most recently leading the group responsible for Baffle and Reinforcer products. In Wolschleger’s new role, she will take on global leadership for thermoplastic baffle technology and development.

Michelle Climie has been promoted to Project Chemist, reporting to Wolschleger. Climie will focus her activities in Body in White Bulk Chemistries.

Jena Mabilia, former Product Development Chemist, has been promoted to Project Chemist, reporting to Steve Davis, Lab Manager R&D. Since joining Sika in 2001, Mabilia has had multiple responsibilities in developing Baffle and Reinforcer product lines.
