RAHN Oversees Successful Expansions
ZURICH - The RAHN Group is developing its international presence, moving to a new site in Shanghai, China, on July 10 and expanding the local sales team. This development, along with the recent growth of the team in the United States and a new subsidiary in France, shows RAHN’s ambitions globally.
The RAHN Group has operated in China for about two years through its subsidiary RAHN Trading (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. “Proximity to our customers in this key growth market has more than paid off,” said Bernd Schmitt, Head of Sales RAHN EnergyCuring. The success of the operation led to RAHN moving to larger premises in Shanghai and growing the sales team. “I firmly believe this will deliver even better support to our customers in China and that they will benefit from this move,” said Zou Yue, General Manager of RAHN Trading.
To continue meeting global requirements in the future, RAHN field sales staff from Europe, the United States and Asia recently gathered in Dublin, Ireland, to share their experiences. Key non-market-specific topics for delivering customer benefit were discussed in addition to regional variations.
RAHN is a global supplier of additives, oligomers, monomers, photoinitiators and other customized specialty chemicals. Its products are utilized in UV and electron-beam curing technologies and are essential components of high-performance inks, coatings, adhesives, medical products, and other applications.
