OTTAWA, Ontario - The Canadian Paint and Coatings Association (CPCA) announced that Stéphane Simard will be the keynote speaker for its 101st Annual Conference and AGM, which takes place in Quebec City October 5-7, 2014.
Simard is an international speaker and author of four books, including the best seller “Generation Y,” a finalist for the iGenie 2008 prize and the 2008 Business Book prize. For over five years, he has helped more than 15,000 managers cope with new trends in human capital management through keynotes and coaching.
Simard will offer his insights on strengthening human resources management and empowering employees. His unique approach to reducing companies’ turnover rates will include best practices and tips about effective communication.
CPCA’s Annual Conference will also include the Chair’s Annual Gala Dinner, industry recognition awards, and speakers from a variety of businesses. Attendees will learn the latest trends, opportunities and challenges facing the Canadian paint and coatings industry.
