CARLSBAD, CA - 3E Company, a provider of environmental health and safety (EH&S) compliance and information management services, has opened a new office in Tokyo, expanding its global presence across the Asia-Pacific region. The opening of a new office in Tokyo will enable 3E to better serve its Japanese customer base while promoting continued growth and expansion in the region.

3E has appointed Masayuki Arai as Asia-Pacific Business Development Manager, reporting to Matthew Johnston, Director, Global Business Development for 3E Company. In this role, Arai will be responsible for direct and partner sales and support activity for all 3E solutions in Japan and other primary markets in the region. He has technical and business experience in the chemical industry, including technology development and R&D for leading international chemical companies such as Dow Chemical, Evonik Degussa and Henkel.
