CMC Goes Virtual!
Custom Milling & Consulting, Inc. (CMC) is stepping into the Virtual Reality World at Booth #1355. The company is debuting a 360° Virtual Reality tour of its facility located in Fleetwood, PA, and invites everyone to take a trip while at the show to see its entire operation first-hand.
Over the years, CMC has been making its mark in the industry with its unique approach to customer products and services. CMC is a leader in particle size reduction and dispersion processes. The company has engineered, designed and manufactured its own line of customizable milling and mixing equipment, and has set up a full turnkey toll processing division.
CMC’s line of equipment includes media mills, mixers and dispersers that can all be outfitted to meet your specific processing needs that include but are not limited to:
- Temperature control settings;
- Explosion-proof or dust-tight controls;
- Variety of materials of construction;
- Designed for sanitary environments;
- Range in sizes from lab scale to full production.
The custom processing division is set up as a full-service contract manufacturer. At the 70,000-square-foot facility, CMC can produce large-scale production batches or small test batches in its Customer Demo Lab. When production is complete, the team of ISO-certified operators can fill your specified containers, label them and package them for shipping. Your product can be shipped directly to you or the customer, and every step is documented for your records.
Visitors at the booth will see how the entire toll processing services operate, the warehouse and storage capabilities, equipment assembly, and the customer demo lab. As an added bonus, the company has included its new, state-of-the-art Clean Room that has been recently built and completed, and is ready for small batch production.
