TORONTO/PEARL RIVER, NY – Dominion Colour Corp. and LANSCO Colors announced that the two companies will merge.

The combination of Toronto-based Dominion Colour Corp. and LANSCO, Pearl River, New York, will bring together the strengths of both companies, significantly benefiting customers by offering a broad portfolio of color pigments and technical expertise locally to every corner of the globe.

Dominion Colour Corp. provides innovation in pigments, dispersions and preparations to coatings, plastics and ink manufacturers in 70 countries. Dominion Colour has manufacturing facilities in Canada, the Netherlands and the UK, as well as technical sales offices throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia.

LANSCO Colors is one of the industry’s most reliable and customer-focused suppliers of premium, high value-in-use pigments. LANSCO’s large network of sales representatives, supported by an in-house sales and technical team, allows the company to serve the challenging needs of 600 U.S. customers in the coatings, ink and plastics markets as well as in selected international markets.
