Safic-Alcan and Evonik Strengthen Partnership
PARIS-LA DÉFENSE, France – Safic-Alcan, an international specialty chemicals distributor, announced the extension of its partnership with Evonik to new products and new territories.
For many years, Safic-Alcan has been working with Evonik for the distribution of its silicas (AEROSIL® and ACEMATT®) in France and Benelux, and with the Air Products Specialty Additives (SURFYNOL® and DYNOL™) in France and Belgium. The addition of TEGO® additives will provide Safic-Alcan SAS and Safic-Alcan Necarbo B.V. with the complete coating additives range and further strengthen this longstanding business relationship, allowing customers to be supplied by a single distributor.
In addition, the agreement also extends to Safic-Alcan UK for the distribution of the liquid additives (TEGO and SURFYNOL and DYNOL) in the UK and Ireland.
Dedicated technical sales teams in each country, supported by a state-of-the-art coatings laboratory in the Netherlands, will serve Safic-Alcan’s customers.
