MANCHESTER, UK — Paint manufacturer HMG Paints Ltd. announced a new partnership with Symphony Coatings. The partnership will see HMG’s industrial coatings and color matching facilities available from three additional Symphony Coating branches.

The two companies have worked closely to ensure Symphony Coatings can offer the right solution for any requirement customers may have. As part of this process the Symphony Coatings technical team has completed comprehensive HMG product training in order to assist with customer enquiries.

HMG Paints Ltd. is a family-owned business located in Manchester, UK, with a broad portfolio of products including wet paint, powder coatings and aerosols. These products will now be available via Symphony Coatings Colchester, Symphony Coatings Thetford and Symphony Coatings Birmingham.

Symphony Coatings is a market leader in color matching, so it can manufacture all HMG products in any color. Symphony has equipped three of its color-matching laboratories with brand new tinting machines. The company will hold large stocks of the majority of HMG products, available for next day delivery.

The new tinting machines will allow Symphony Coatings customers to benefit from access to 40,000 color formulations available via the Unit Lite mixing scheme and ColourBase formulation software, including BS, RAL and commercial vehicle shades. Unit Lite is a highly flexible tinting system, covering topcoats, basecoats, undercoats and primers, as well as a variety of sheen levels, textures and finishes. The scheme is also used across a host of industries.
